The €2.950 PoC fee is invoiced after written order, payable within 30 days. Customer preparation delays do not change the invoice or payment obligation. The 30-day PoC starts on the confirmed execution date once access and usable files are ready; we agree a new execution date if needed. Additional work requires prior approval.

The standard PoC covers one source, environment, administration and domain. Streaming, event-based processing, Ask Titan, Titan Says, custom functionality and automatic source integration are outside this scope. The customer owns source registration quality; FFA is responsible for the agreed transformations and calculations. New development and supplier-change repairs require approval and are billed on actual hours at €135 excluding VAT.

The agreed result is the Titan setup, standard model and Power BI dashboard described in the acceptance protocol; the guarantee does not promise a specific business return. The 30 calendar days start on the confirmed execution date once the agreed access and usable files are ready. FFA repairs its own agreed processing errors by 17:00 on the next working day. If this is not achieved, you receive a status and repair plan by that deadline. Repair carries no additional FFA service fee. If FFA has not met the agreed acceptance criteria by the end of day 30, you can end the PoC and receive the full €2.950 fee back within 14 calendar days after your refund request. You may choose further free repair and additional evaluation days instead; this requires your written agreement and does not postpone or remove your day-30 refund right. The guarantee applies to FFA execution failures, not missing or incorrect source files, supplier changes, revoked customer access or external supplier outages. External licence and usage costs are not refunded.

Repair work takes place Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00, excluding the holidays specified in the order confirmation. Monitoring takes place daily. An evaluation extension requires your written agreement; FFA confirms revised review, decision and end dates in writing. Your refund right at the end of the original 30-day PoC remains unchanged.

Without written continuation, FFA disables the agreed pipelines, refreshes, compute and report access on the end date. Your source files and customer data remain yours; deletion follows written instructions agreed in advance. Only designated PoC resources are changed. FFA reports retained resources and ongoing costs. After closure, customer IT revokes unnecessary FFA and service-principal permissions with FFA guidance. Retained resources are then the customer’s responsibility and cost. FFA’s reusable components and methods remain FFA intellectual property; the temporary Titan usage right ends.
