Many PoCs stay stuck in long projects and abstract slides

Large projects, unclear scope, and complex integrations make it hard to show real value. Teams lose energy when they do not see results with their own data and their own questions.

Slow time to value

Months of preparation before the first real result appears.

Unclear scope

Too many questions in one PoC and no clear success criteria.

No real adoption

Teams are not involved early enough, so the PoC never becomes part of daily work.

What changes

Data and AI Proof of Concept that starts from your use case and ends with a live result

The Data and AI Proof of Concept focuses on one concrete use case that matters for your plants. We connect the right data, configure Titan and Ask Titan, and deliver something your teams can use and react to.

From theoretical value to something teams can actually use

The outcome is a live PoC, plus clear input for the decision to scale.

Before Data and AI Proof of Concept

  • Value discussed mostly in slides
  • No concrete example on your own data
  • Difficult to decide where to invest and what to scale
  • Limited buy in from operations and planning teams

After Data and AI Proof of Concept

How it works

A simple structure that results in a live PoC

We start from your use case, connect the relevant data, and deliver a PoC your teams can use within a few weeks.

1. Define the use case

We select one use case, define success criteria, and agree on scope and stakeholders.

2. Connect and build

We connect ERP and factory data to Titan and build the model, views, and Ask Titan configuration.

3. Test and decide

Teams try the PoC in real use. We refine, validate, and support the decision to scale or adjust.

What's included

What the Data and AI Proof of Concept includes

A complete package that covers both technology and adoption. You get a working solution and clear input for next decisions.

PoC charter

Scope, goals, success criteria, and planning on one page.

Data connections

Secure connection from ERP and key systems into Titan.

Model and views

Structured data model for the selected use case.

Ask Titan or dashboard

Configured Ask Titan flows or dashboards tailored to your questions.

User sessions

Guided sessions so teams try the PoC in real use.

Next step options

Clear options for scaling, adjusting, or parking the use case.

Designed for all stakeholders in a PoC

A PoC works only if business and IT can evaluate it together.

Operations and plant leads

See a working example that links real production or quality issues to data and AI.

Supply chain and planning

Test how visibility and AI support can change daily planning decisions.

Finance and commercial

Link the PoC to margin, cost, or service impact instead of abstract potential.

Management and C level

See a concrete example that makes the decision to scale up or not much easier.

IT and data teams

Work with a clear scope. The PoC uses the same Azure native Titan foundation that can scale to production use, without throw away work.

Results

Customer results

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers about scope, duration, success criteria and what you receive.

What is the goal of the PoC?

To prove value for one use case with real data, with clear success criteria. The output should be something your team can validate and build on.

How long does a PoC take?

Typically a few weeks for a focused scope, assuming data access is available. If access takes longer, we run discovery in parallel to keep momentum.

What do we receive at the end?

A validated output such as a dashboard or a defined answer set, the KPI logic and definitions used, and a recommendation for the next sprint to go live.

How do you define success criteria?

We define success criteria upfront with the business owner. Examples include faster decision cycles, fewer manual reconciliations, or a measurable improvement target for one KPI.

What data access do you need?

Read-only access to the minimum tables or exports required for the use case. Most PoCs start with ERP plus one operational source if needed.

What happens after the PoC?

If results are validated, we propose a short delivery plan to productionize, including governance, monitoring and handover. That is when Titan becomes the scalable foundation.

Where does the PoC run?

In your Azure tenant. We use a secure, read-only setup to connect the minimum data needed for the selected use case.

Try Titan and Ask Titan with your own data

A low risk way to prove value and align teams. No hype, just a working PoC your people can see and use.

What you decide after the PoC

  1. 1 Scale the same use case to production and expand to more plants.
  2. 2 Add a second use case based on what the team learned.
  3. 3 Pause, with clear lessons learned and a reusable foundation.
