Free 30-minute readiness call
Find your best Data and AI starting point
Not sure where to start with data, reporting or AI? In a free readiness call, we discuss one practical decision problem, the systems behind it and the most realistic next step.
No perfect data setup needed. Bring one question, bottleneck or idea. If now is not the right moment, we will tell you that too.
Your current systems
We discuss ERP, MES, WMS, planning, Power BI, Excel, sensor data or other sources that matter.
One decision bottleneck
We look at where teams lose time, debate numbers or make decisions later than they should.
A realistic next step
You leave with a direction: start small, align first, test a PoC, get support or wait.
Trusted by leading food manufacturers
Most data and AI ideas are not blocked by technology first
The first blocker is usually more practical: too many possible use cases, unclear ownership, scattered systems and teams that are not sure which problem is worth solving first.
Too many starting points
You see potential in data and AI, but it is unclear which decision, KPI, team or system should come first.
Numbers are hard to trust
ERP, MES, WMS, Excel and Power BI often show different versions of the same process.
Decisions take too long
People spend time checking data manually instead of deciding what to do next.
A clear first direction without starting a big project
The readiness call gives you a quick, practical view of where the real opportunity might be. We focus on your current systems, reporting setup and one decision bottleneck, then suggest the most realistic next step.

Decision bottleneck
Where better data could create value
The recurring decision that needs more trust, speed or clarity.

That can be a workshop, PoC, consultancy, internal alignment or no project yet.

One free call to clarify the first step
We keep the conversation practical. The goal is not to solve everything in 30 minutes. The goal is to understand whether there is a clear, valuable and realistic next step.
1. Bring one challenge
This can be a reporting problem, planning bottleneck, stock risk, margin question, production issue or AI idea.
2. Discuss the data behind it
We discuss the systems, reports, definitions, ownership and data quality involved. No technical preparation is required.
3. Choose the next step
You get a practical recommendation. That might be a workshop, PoC, consultancy, a smaller internal step or no project yet.
Frequently asked questions
Clear answers about the free readiness call, who should join and what happens after.
Is the readiness call really free?
Yes. The first readiness call is free and takes about 30 minutes. The goal is to understand your situation and suggest a realistic next step.
Is this a sales call?
It is a practical conversation, not a hard sales pitch. If we see a clear next step, we will explain it. If the timing is not right, we will say so.
Who should join the call?
Ideally one person who understands the business process and one person who understands the systems or data. For example planning, operations, finance, procurement, IT or data.
Do we need clean data before booking?
No. You do not need a clean data model, finished dashboard or clear AI use case. The call is meant to help identify where to start.
What should we prepare?
Bring one practical challenge, such as manual reporting, conflicting numbers, stock risk, planning issues, margin questions or an AI idea. A rough overview of your systems is helpful, but not required.
What happens after the call?
You leave with a practical recommendation. That can be internal alignment, a workshop, testing one use case, technical support or waiting until the timing is better.
