From status chasing to controlled execution

When execution data sits in ERP, WMS, spreadsheets, and emails, teams lose time and confidence. SmartSupply brings inbound and outbound signals together so you can act early, not late.

What it feels like today

  • No single view of inbound and outbound across sites.
  • Surprises on delays, missing picks, or changed orders.
  • Calls and emails to confirm status, then urgent replanning.

What changes with SmartSupply

  • One execution view of inbound, warehouse, and outbound.
  • Early risk signals so you can act before problems escalate.
  • Performance tracking for sites, customers, and carriers.

How it works

From connected execution to daily decisions

SmartSupply runs on Titan, so definitions and refresh are consistent across dashboards and Ask Titan answers.

1. Connect

Read only connections to ERP, WMS, carrier and transport sources, plus planning inputs when available. Start with one flow and expand.

2. Monitor

A single overview of what is on time, what is late, and what is at risk across sites, customers, and carriers.

3. Act

Focus on exceptions, not on collecting data. Share the same facts across planning, logistics, and management.

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers for supply, operations, and IT.

Does SmartSupply replace our ERP or WMS?

No. SmartSupply does not replace operational systems. It uses signals from ERP, WMS and transport sources and builds a consistent analytics and AI layer on Titan.

How long does it take to connect a flow?

For a flow with existing data access, a first SmartSupply view is often possible within a few weeks. We start with a short discovery to confirm scope, definitions, and refresh needs.

Can SmartSupply handle several sites and countries?

Yes. SmartSupply uses consistent definitions for cutoffs, risk rules, and service KPIs. This supports multi site setups while keeping comparable views at group level.

Do we need Ask Titan to use SmartSupply?

No. You can start with dashboards only. Many customers add Ask Titan so more people can ask questions about orders, risks, and cutoffs in Microsoft Teams, with clear explanations behind each answer.

Which reporting tools do you support?

We focus on Power BI for dashboards and Microsoft Teams for Ask Titan. The underlying Titan data model can also support other tools when needed in your IT landscape.
