No. SmartSource does not replace transactional systems. It uses data from ERP, procurement, quality and logistics sources and builds a consistent analytics and AI layer on Titan.

How long does it take to deliver a first SmartSource view?

For a focused scope with one ERP and a limited set of categories, a first SmartSource dashboard is often possible within a few weeks. We start with a short discovery to confirm scope and definitions.

Can SmartSource cover direct materials and indirect spend?

Yes. SmartSource can handle direct materials such as meat, dairy and packaging as well as indirect categories such as energy, cleaning, maintenance, transport, and services.

Do we need Ask Titan to use SmartSource?
